DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

Yes, you have to register an account to purchase our product also it can give you a faster way to checkout and pay and you don’t have to retype your address every time you want to purchase our products.

You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account up when you check out, whichever suits you best. Just follow the easy steps on the screen.

HOW TO ORDER?

  1. Select Product
    Click “shop” or “sale” on the left section of the website. Select the product you are interested in by clicking the photo for a complete description and close-up images.

  2. Add to CART
    Choose your desired size and quantity, then click ADD TO CART/BUY IT NOW to purchase.

  3. Review Your Bag
    Click on the SHOPPING BAG icon on the upper-right section of the website to review your items. Shortly you will be redirected to checkout page, and you can choose to CONTINUE SHOPPING or CHECK OUT.

  4. Check Out
    If you decide to finalise your order, click CHECK OUT. Please note that product availability is not guaranteed before you check out.

  5. Sign In/Sign Up
    For registered shoppers, please use your registered email address so that your address will be automatically recorded in your account. For first-time shoppers, simply fill in your details to register.

  6. Review Your Order
    Review the list of items that you want to purchase and click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT to submit your order.

  7. Finish Shopping
    An on-screen receipt with an ORDER NUMBER will appear. You will need the ORDER NUMBER to confirm payment (if you choose “Bank Transfer” payment method) and to check your order status.

Make sure you write down your ORDER NUMBER in case you need to refer to it later. We will also send you the payment details to your email address.

I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER SOLD-OUT ITEMS. IS IT POSSIBLE?

Usually once the item sold out, we won’t sell it anymore. But if the product is highly demanded by the customer we would reconsider.

Click the “Notify Me” link to get updates of the product you would like to be re-stock.

WHY ARE MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Maximum payment for an order is 1×24 hrs after order have been placed.

If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED/SENT?

Unfortunately you can’t. We only ship the order to the address written.

CAN I ADD ITEMS AFTER I CHECK OUT?

Unfortunately, you can’t, because after checking out your order is recorded.

CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?

Yes, we accept credit cards issued by Indonesian Bank such as visa & mastercard payment .

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?

After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment, we will process the order the NEXT DAY / in 24 hours.

Note that process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company.

After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, varies from 1-2 days for domestic and 3-8 days for international deliveries.

In short, from confirmation time the order will arrive earliest in 3 days.

CAN I GET MY ORDER EARLIER?

If you want to get it earlier (earliest within 2 days after you confirm the payment) please choose FAST Shipping upon checkout or WhatsApp us at +6281212096020 /  +6281212096010  to send it via GOJEK or other Courier services.

I HAVEN’T GOT MY ORDER, IT HAS BEEN LATE FOR COUPLE OF DAYS. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF I HAVE COMPLETED MY PAYMENT BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE PACKAGE AFTER OVER THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Please do not forget to confirm your payment through the website after completing the payment. If you have not confirmed until the time limit, then your order will be canceled.
