Returns & Exchange Policy
We cannot exchange the item purchased because of the dislike of the colour or style. We have tried our best to give the most accurate colours displayed in the web store. However, due to the inconsistency of the display colour of every computer monitor or mobile phone, colours MAY appear differently.
We will ONLY allow exchanges if the item received meets the below conditions:
production defect
unused
unwashed
The hand tag is still attached
NOT SALE product
Please provide a video unboxing while complaining.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
If the item that you wish to exchange are no longer in stock. We will provide store credits to you or refund your purchases in full amount to the designated account number you provide.
You should email us within 2 working days after receiving your order. Please provide us with the reason for the exchange or refund of the items.
We will respond to your email and ONLY after you get the email response you can return the item.
Please allow one week to proceed with your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be sent via Bank transfer.
We do not provide pick-up services for returns and exchanges
